The launch party moves when the release moves.
For labels that run events alongside the catalog, the calendar lives in a separate spreadsheet nobody updates. Event Planner ties events to releases, so the album launch party follows the release date, the tour route lines up with the album cycle, and nothing gets double-booked. Planned for q4 2026, not yet in the beta.
Events that know about releases.
Tied to the release, not to a date
A launch party is not an event on 14 March. It is an event that happens when the release happens. Anchor it to the release and it moves with it, which matters because release dates move more often than anyone plans for.
Label nights and tour routing
Your own nights, the artists playing them, and the tour dates around an album cycle, in the same calendar as the releases they support. The point is not another calendar. The point is one calendar where the two things that already affect each other can see each other.
Double-booking, caught early
Two of your artists on the same night in the same city is a problem you would rather find in March than in the group chat the week of. Built on the artist roster already in Labelflow, so the clash detection has something real to check against.
Not a booking tool.
Event Planner coordinates events against your catalog and roster. It does not negotiate fees, issue contracts or run a venue's door. If you need a full booking and touring system, that is Eventflow, a separate product in the same family. Event Planner is the lighter thing a label needs when events are adjacent to the catalog rather than the whole business.
Where it sits.
A paid add-on at €9/month once it ships, on both Label and Studio tiers. It builds on the release workflow and the artist roster you already keep, so there is nothing to set up twice. See pricing, or the roadmap for the build order.
Planned for q4 2026.
Event Planner is on the roadmap, not in the beta. Beta is invite-only and beta labels get modules as they land, so the way to be first through the door is to already be inside it. Get on the list.
