From day 31 you pay €39 for Label or €89 for Studio, plus VAT where it applies, every month until you cancel. We email you before the first charge.

Every invoice shows the VAT that applies today. Reverse charge with your VAT ID follows once it is available for your country; add it at checkout or later in Settings, Billing.

A card is required at signup and nothing is charged during the trial. The first charge for the plan and billing period you picked is on day 31, and we email you before it. Cancel before then in Settings, Billing and you pay nothing.
Any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Studio until then.
Yes. Add-ons cost €9/mo each, excl. VAT, and switch on or off from the workspace. Removing one takes effect at the end of the current period, no credit, and the data stays where it is in case you add it back.
Pick Studio. It includes two workspaces, one per label brand, for €89/mo, excl. VAT, and each further workspace is €29/mo. Each workspace keeps its own catalogue, comms and team while you keep one login.

Because the value compounds with use, and a locked-down free tier would frustrate more than it helps. Instead every plan starts with a 30-day trial, card required: a full release cycle, which is the honest way to evaluate this. If Labelflow does not pay for itself in time saved by month one, we would rather you cancelled cleanly.
Labelflow is sold to businesses at launch: labels, companies and sole traders. Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in Germany can sign up today and pay 19% VAT on top. Businesses in another EU country can sign up shortly: once Labelflow's EU VAT number is issued, they enter their VAT ID at checkout and pay without German VAT under the reverse charge. Businesses outside the EU cannot sign up yet. Every payment comes with an invoice. Private customers: coming later.
