Running a label is craft. We price it like one.
Two tiers and modular add-ons. Every feature we ship is on both plans, the support is the same, and everyone gets a setup call with a person. What changes between tiers is how many people and how many label brands are in the tool.
Everything we ship, on both.
- Unlimited releases
- Every core feature, no gates
- Every shipped add-on at €9
- Top-notch support
- 30-minute setup call
- Everything in Label
- Two workspaces included
- Add seats at €10 and workspaces at €29
- Top-notch support
- 30 to 45-minute setup call
Total 39 euro per month
Same tool. Same support. Same feature set.
We do not gate features by tier. Label and Studio run identical software; the price follows the size of the operation, not the length of a feature list.

Pay for what helps your label.
Modules that do one thing properly. Add what you need, skip what you do not, remove any of them at the end of a billing period.
Curator campaigns end to end. Pitches in your label voice, private listening pages, feedback digests, a shareable artist report.
Cover artwork, social asset packs and Spotify Canvas video, generated from your release metadata and brand kit.
Per-track and per-artist depth across the catalogue, plus a catalogue map with four lenses.
Smartlinks, microsites and pre-saves for every release, wired into the catalogue you already have.
Royalty splits, payment tracking and distributor statements as line items. Where the money went, on one page.
Tour dates, label nights and release parties, coordinated next to the releases instead of in a separate sheet.
A curated press directory we keep fresh, plus tracking of who you pitched, who replied and what landed.
Another label brand under the same Studio account. Its own catalogue, comms and team, on one bill and one login.
30 minutes with the team. Not a chatbot.
Every customer gets a setup call with someone who runs DEEP TALES, an independent label out of Berlin shipping a release a month. Not a sales call, not a tier upsell. Labelflow only earns its keep when it fits the way your label actually works.
You start the trial.
Card on file, full product, 30 days. Your catalogue imports itself while you look around.
We book the call.
Inside your first two weeks. Workspace walkthrough and your first release set up alongside you.
You decide on day 30.
Keep it and the plan starts, or cancel cleanly and nothing is charged.
Honest answers to the usual questions.
You get the whole product. Every core feature, no gates, unlimited releases, and the setup call. A card sits on file so nothing breaks on day 31, and we send a reminder a few days before. Cancel before day 30 and you are not charged at all.
Any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Studio until then.
Yes. Add-ons are billed monthly at €9 each and switch on or off from the workspace. Removing one stops the billing at the end of the current period, and the data stays where it is in case you add it back.
Studio already includes two workspaces, so the third brand is the only one you add: €89 + €29 = €118 a month for three labels. Each workspace keeps its own catalogue, comms and team while sharing the account: one bill, one login, three labels.
A workspace walkthrough, your first release set up next to you, whatever workflow questions you brought, and the kind of "is there a faster way to do this" conversation that turns Labelflow from a tool you log into into a tool that fits how you work.
Because the value compounds with use, and a locked-down free tier would frustrate more than it helps. Thirty days is a full release cycle, which is the honest way to evaluate this. If Labelflow does not pay for itself in time saved by month one, we would rather you cancelled cleanly.
Handled at checkout based on your billing country. EU business customers can enter a VAT ID for reverse charge, and a receipt is sent for every payment.
Ready to run your label like the craft it is?
Type your label name and Labelflow finds what you have already released. The catalogue is usually in before lunch.
