Where your music
actually lives.
Cross-platform audience signal, per-artist roster, and artist-facing digests. The audience-side picture Release Analytics intentionally leaves out. Premium endpoints with disciplined refresh, packaged at a price that works for indie label margins.
Six dashboards nobody routinely checks.
Most labels know how their releases performed. They know less about who's listening. What cities, what platforms, which crowd is the catalog actually building. The data exists, in six different places: Spotify For Artists, Instagram insights, TikTok analytics, YouTube Studio, Chartmetric direct at €30/month for a single seat, and the artist's own DM screenshots.
The artist-facing side is worse. Artists almost never receive considered, voiced communication about how releases are doing 30 / 60 / 90 days post-launch. The relationship lives in screenshots and one-line texts.
Four surfaces, one add-on.
Per-artist roster
Every artist on your label, with aggregate listener trend, top-performing release, sparkline. Filter by trending up this month, flat or declining, or new this quarter. Click into per-artist detail for the deeper view.
Spotify city-level geo
Where your music actually has listeners, city by city. The view that used to require a round-trip to Spotify For Artists, surfaced directly inside Labelflow alongside the release record.
Cross-platform audience signal
Instagram and TikTok audience demographics. Aggregate, no per-artist OAuth dance required. YouTube channel signal pulled from the YouTube Data API directly. Built lean so the unit economics keep working at €19/month.
Artist-facing digests
The headline product. Weekly digests for the first 90 days post-release, monthly catalog digests after that. Drafted in your voice via the Communications Engine, with optional per-artist A&R notes you bake into the copy. Manual approve by default; opt-in auto-send when you trust it. One-click unsubscribe.
Tiered refresh, not blanket weekly.
Premium endpoints (Spotify city geo, Instagram/TikTok demographics) are expensive at scale. Audience Insights doesn't pull everything for every artist every week. It refreshes on a tier:
Deliberate boundaries.
Some things we won't build, on principle. The product stays observational and label-controlled, not predictive or surveillance-shaped.
No fan-level data.
No listener-personality profiling, no individual fan tracking. Audience signal is aggregate, anonymized at the source.
No predictive scoring.
No "this artist is about to break" forecasting. Observational only, per the AI policy. The label makes the calls.
No public artist analytics portal in v1.
Digests are the artist surface in v1. A separate artist-facing portal is later-roadmap, not first ship.
No per-artist OAuth integrations.
Asking 80 artists to each connect their Instagram doesn't scale. Aggregate signal at the label level, no per-artist consent grind.
Paid add-on. Both tiers. €19/month.
Audience Insights is a Labelflow add-on, available to both Label and Studio plans, default off. Toggle it on when your roster outgrows screenshot-based audience reporting. See pricing →
Shipping in phases through Q4 2026: per-artist roster + cmStats sync (P1) · premium audience signal (P2) · artist-facing digests (P3) · anomaly stream for internal review (P4). See the full roadmap →

Beta is invite-only. Audience Insights ships in Q4, but the workspace foundation it sits on is in private beta now. Get on the list and you'll be among the first to flip it on when it ships.
